Parker is a big (really big) loveable boy. He ate his food in seconds. He developed doggie GERD. Every single slow feeder was meant for tiny kibble. Parker eats great big kibble. After ordering many bowls and returning many bowls we had given up. Then miraculously we found Super Feedie. We ordered a bowl but really didn't think we'd keep it. We check that it was returnable. As that had been our history. Then it showed up. It was PERFECT it holds big boy kibble. It slowed Parkers down so much that his brother who waits for Parker to finish eating so he can lick his bowl got bored waiting and wandered off. I cannot exprewss how happy we are with this bowl.
Scout can empty two stuffed food-enrichment feeders in a little over a minute, but the same amount of food in his Super-Feedy takes him around five to six minutes! That means that he feels as if he's had a meal and not a snack, and his tummy has time to adjust to the incoming food. After a meal from his Super-Feedy, he'll go and relax, rather than spend 10 minutes mooching around the kitchen looking for stray morsels.
The licky mat is great. Really easy to clean, and if you use it attached to the Super-Feedy bowl, your dog isn't chasing it all around the room or losing it under the furniture! It's a winner all on its own.

This is the best designed slow feeder bowl. The addition of the non-slip suction pad on the base gives it great stability. Stops my dog from pushing the bowl around the floor and slows down his rapid eating. The attachable lick mat is a great addition too. This design keeps it firmly in place when being licked excitedly by my dog.
Ordered this bowl for my dog that inhales his food. Not only does he enjoy his meals more now, he loves to root around and find all the cool surprises that I have build in his meal.
