How does the travel bowl and food prep work?
The reversible lick mat doubles as a lid and securely connects to the slow feeder dog bowl, making it easy to travel with and prepare food in advance at home or on the go.
Will the slow feeder and lick mat suit my dog?
Super Feedy is designed to fit medium—to large dogs. It is not suitable for brachycephalic breeds (flat-faced dogs).
Suction Cup Best Practices & Tips
Getting the best use out of your slow feeder bowl with a suction cup is easy! For best results:

Wash the suction cup with dish soap and let it dry.

Ensure that the suction cup and the floor are clean and dry before using your slow feeder dog bowl.

To activate the airtight lock mechanism on the slow feeder bowl, press the slow feeder bowl firmly onto a clean, dry, flat surface until you hear all the air come out. Note that the silicone suction cup won't stick to a wet, oily, sticky, or dirty surface.

On porous surfaces like solid wood flooring - You can enhance suction by dampening your fingertip with water and moistening the inner rim of the suction cup to make the seal tighter. This creates a tighter seal.

To remove or re-position, simply pull up the release tab of the slow feeder to break the suction.

You may need to periodically "burp" the suction cup to remove trapped air and make it stick better.

After every use, wash your slow feeder and rinse down both parts of the suction cup for best results!
How do I get maximum suction from my slow feeder bowl?
To activate the airtight lock mechanism, press the slow feeder firmly onto a clean, dry, flat surface until you hear it all come out. The silicone ring won't stick to wet, oily, sticky, or dirty surfaces. Clean and dry the surface first.
How to clean a suction cup?
Suction cups stick better when the surface to which they are stuck and the suction cups themselves are clean and free from dirt. If necessary, wash the suction cups with warm, soapy water and pat them dry. Then, clean the surface before sticking the suction cups onto it.
How do I remove the suction slow feeder off a surface?
Simply pull the easy-release tab. The suction piece pops off like magic!
Can I use the lick mat when it is connected to the slow feeder bowl?
No. The lick mat should not be used while still attached to the bowl as it poses a chewing hazard. Please remove the lick mat from the bowl before you use it and place on a smooth surface before using.

Is the slow feeder suitable for Brachycephalic dogs (flat-faced dogs)?
Super Feedy products fit a broader range of dogs with one size feeds all. However, please note, that this slow feeder bowl may not be suitable for Brachycephalic dogs like English Bulldogs, Shih-Tzus, Boxers, Boston Terriers, Pugs, and English Mastiffs.

Super Feedy has lots of healthy feeding options. It's fun to mix it up at chow time, and you can use one side of the lick mat pattern and switch it up occasionally. That way, your dog gets more mental stimulation and engagement.
Is the slow feeder bowl suitable for my dog?
This slow feeder bowl would appeal to a wide range of dogs, but it would not be suitable for Brachycephalic breeds such as Pugs, Boxers, Bullmastiffs, Boston Terriers, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, French Bulldogs, Japanese Chins, Lhasa Apsos, Pekinese, Shih Tzus, and Bulldogs.

How much food can the slow feeder hold?
With a one size feeds all design, the slow feeder will comfortably hold 10 cups of wet, dry, and raw food.
Is the bowl dishwasher safe? Can I put the lick mat in the freezer?
Absolutely. The slow feeder and lick mat can be put in the dishwasher or hand washed. Your dog's favourite treat can be smeared on the lick mat and stored in the freezer to extend playtime.
My dog is a chewer, how can I use this slow feeder and lick mat safely?
This is not a chew toy. Always supervise your dog when using it and remove bowl and lick mat immediately after meal if your dog is a chewer. Inspect for wear and take away if any pieces become loose or detached. The product might not be suitable for your dog if he chews hard.
What is the slow feeder and lick mat made out of?
Our products are made from recycled plastic & recycled packaging, premium food-grade silicone, BPA, PVC, Lead and Phthalate-free.
What is the best way to clean and maintain my slow feeder & lick mat?
Slow feeders and lick mats have lots of crevices and gaps where food can get stuck, so they must be cleaned thoroughly. You can soak it for 5-10 minutes before hand washing it or put it in the dishwasher.
