The Super Feedy slow feeder is made from recycled plastic, packaging and premium food-grade silicone. It is BPA-free, PVC-free, lead-free, and phthalate-free, ensuring it’s safe for your dog’s health and environmentally friendly.

The suction cup base is designed to stick firmly to flat, clean surfaces, reducing the risk of tipping—even for the most enthusiastic eaters.

Super Feedy is ideal for medium to large dogs. However, brachycephalic breeds (e.g., Bulldogs, Pugs, Boxers, Shih Tzus) may find it challenging to use due to their facial structure.

The slow feeder has a large capacity and can hold up to 10 cups of wet, dry, or raw food, making it perfect for medium and large dogs.

The reversible lick mat doubles as a lid for the slow feeder and offers two different patterns for varying levels of mental stimulation and enrichment. It’s perfect for spreading treats like peanut butter or yogurt and can also be frozen for a cooling treat.

We ship from Brisbane, Australia, and San Diego, USA. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after they are received.

Once you place your order, all in-stock items are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday).

Once shipped, our products generally take 3-5 business days to arrive. Please note that delivery to regional, rural, and international destinations may take longer.

We offer free shipping on orders over AUD 100 within Australia and over USD 75 within the USA. For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that duties and taxes may apply for international orders upon arrival, which are not covered by Super Feedy.

We use Australia Post and UPS for most of our products.

Super Feedy will not be responsible for any missing packages, provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address. All of our deliveries are carried out with a proof of delivery photo. Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! If you change your mind about the products you purchased from Super Feedy online, we offer refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

• Products purchased from superfeedy.com, including sale items, can be returned within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase.
• Items must be in their original condition (unused, unwashed, or as new, with all original tags or packaging intact).
• The returned items cannot include used items or gift cards.
• Due to strict quarantine laws, we cannot accept returns of used items from outside Australia or the US.
